Harissa Hummus and Falafel Sub Roll

This super quick and super tasty falafel sub with our heavenly Harissa Hummus is sure to perk up any weekday lunchtime.

Serves: 2
Time: 10 minutes

  • Ingredients:
      • 8-10 falafel, depending on size
      • 2 soft white submarine or panini style rolls
      • 150g Holy Moly Harissa Hummus
      • 1 salad tomato, thinly sliced
      • 1 or 2 pickled gherkins, sliced
      • 1⁄4 onion, peeled and diced
  • Method:
      1. Warm the falafel in an oven, frying pan or air fryer.
      2. Cut the rolls in half lengthways, stir the Harissa Hummus in the pot, then spread on the base of both rolls.
      3. Top with sliced tomato, falafel, pickles and chopped onion
