Loaded Sweetcorn 'Ribs' with Ranch Dressing

Fully loaded sweetcorn ribs, with cheese, bacon & fresh herbs smothered in Ranch Dressing.

Heavenly!

Total time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- - 4 sweetcorn husks
  - 150g higher welfare streaky smoked bacon
  - 30g Parmesan, finely grated
  - 2 tbsp paprika
  - 50g salted butter
  - 1tsp chilli flakes
  - Handful fresh herbs (your choice), chopped
  - 40g Holy Moly Ranch Dressing
Method:
- 1. Put the oven on 180°c to heat.
  2. With a sharp knife, halve the sweetcorn lengths and then into quarters, retain the long ‘rib shape’.
  3. Toss the ribs in the paprika and a little olive oil, season and cook in the oven for 25 mins. Get some nice ‘charring’!
  4. Meanwhile, place the streaky bacon onto another baking tray and pop in the oven / air fryer and cook until crispy. Let it cool and chop it up.
  5. When the ribs are cooked, remove the ribs from the oven, toss generously in the butter to coat.
  6. Place the ribs on your chosen serving plate and top with the crispy bacon, the grated Parmesan, the fresh herbs.
  7. Dress & drizzle your 1/2 bottle of Holy Moly Ranch sauce to add colour and creaminess. Then devour!
