This speedy spaghetti dish combines fresh prawns, sweet peas and a vibrant Italian-Style Salsa Verde for a fresh, flavour-packed meal.
Perfect for busy nights, it’s a simple way to enjoy bold Italian flavours in no time.

3. After 10 minutes, add the peas to the spaghetti and cook for 2 minutes. Check the spaghetti - it should be cooked but with a little bite. Cook for longer if you prefer.
4. Drain the spaghetti and peas then add to the frying pan. Put the pan on a low heat, add the prawns, olive oil and the whole pot of Fresh Salsa Verde. Toss or use tongs to make sure everything is well coated, then taste and add more salt if needed. Divide between plates then top with grated parmesan.
