Holy Moly Nacho Kit with BBQ Pulled Chicken

Our Fully Loaded Nacho Kit will already help you create the most delicious nachos with our fiery Nacho Chilli Cheese, creamy Guac and smoky Red Pepper & Tomato Salsa but if you’re feeling like making your nacho plate extra special look no further.

Serves: 2-3

Total time: 25 minutes

 

  • Ingredients:
      • 1 pack of supermarket BBQ pulled chicken or pork
      • 1 Holy Moly Fully Loaded Nacho Kit
      • Handful of jarred jalapenos
      • Handful of coriander, roughly chopped
  • Method:
      1. Heat your oven to 180c, gas mark 4
      2. Spread the tortillas onto an ovenproof dish
      3. Bake for 4-6 minutes - just to warm through and remove from the oven to dress
      4. Heat the pulled chicken up according to instructions on the packet
      5. Heat the Nacho Chilli Cheese by gently opening, then replacing the lid loosely back on top
      6. Microwave for 1.5 minutes 800w, 1 minute 900W. Leave to cool for 1 minute, then stir
      7. Dollop your guacamole, & salsa on to the tortillas and drizzle the Nacho Chilli Cheese over
      8. Spoon the pulled chicken over the top, sprinkling the jalapeños and coriander to finish dressing
