Nachos, the perfect sharing meal! Easy and packed full of flavour these smoky pulled pork nachos are a 10/10 when smothered in our Nacho Chilli Cheese.
Heat the pulled pork up according to instructions on the packet then shred into small pieces.
Remove the stalk and seeds from the chilli and finely chop.
Heat the Nacho Chilli Cheese in the microwave as per the instructions on the cardboard sleeve. Be careful, it'll be really hot once heated.
Place a sheet of baking paper over a small baking tray or dish then scatter the tortillachips on top. Spoon the pulled pork over them then drizzle all over with the Nacho Chili Cheese. Place in the oven till the tortilla chips are hot and beginning to turn brown, around 8-10 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with the chopped chilli and pickled onions.
