Coleslaw with Aioli

Forget shop-bought coleslaw – this one is super quick and easy to make at home with the addition of our heavenly Aioli. Perfect as a side dish with salads, burgers, sandwiches and more.

Portion: 6-8 
Time: 15 minutes

  • Ingredients:
      • 1⁄2 red cabbage and 1⁄2 white cabbage
      • 3 - 4 carrots, peeled
      • 4 - 5 spring onions, trimmed
      • 1 small bunch parsley / chives / dill (optional)
      • Salt and pepper
      • 150g Holy Moly Aioli
  • Method:
      1. Remove outer leaves from the cabbage, cut in half through the stem, remove the core and discard. Place cut side down onto a chopping board, and cut as thinly as you can into thin shreds, then tip into a bowl.
      2. Coarsely grate the carrots using a box grater, or on the grater attachment of a food processor and add to the cabbage. Remove the outer layer of the spring onions, finely chop then add to the other veg. Season well with salt and pepper and add any herbs you wish to use.
      3. Add Aioli and stir through to completely coat, then serve straight away. Can be kept covered in the fridge for 1 -2 days.
