Zinger Chicken Burger with Smoky Chipotle

Spicy hot chicken burger, dressed to perfection with Smoky Chipotle!

  • Ingredients:
      • 2 shop-bought ‘Southern Style Chicken Burgers’
      • 70g higher welfare streaky smoked bacon
      • 2 burger buns
      • 200g shop-bought coleslaw
      • 1 large vine tomato
      • 2 sweet dill pickle gherkins
      • 50g sliced jalapenos
      • 2 slices spiced cheddar slices
      • 40g Holy Moly Smoky Chipotle
      • 75g Holy Moly Three Chilli Guacamole
  • Method:
      1. Put the oven on to heat, following the packet instructions.
      2. Crisp up the bacon in the oven/air fryer until crispy and delicious.
      3. Lightly toast the burger buns and slice the tomato.
      4. Slather the Holy Moly Three Chilli Guacamole onto the bun base.
      5. Layer the burger with the chicken, bacon, tomato, cheese and pickle.
      6. Add the coleslaw inside or to one side (have it your way)!
      7. Top with lashings of Holy Moly Chipotle Dressing before topping your bun.
