Sweet and Smoky Nachos

On the table in 15 minutes these quick nachos are a crowd-pleaser dish any day of the week. Adding our Red Pepper & Tomato Salsa gives them a sweet and smoky flavour. They are also incredibly versatile – you can add any toppings you like to ensure everyone is catered for.

Portion: creates 1 large platter
Time: 15 minutes

  • Ingredients:
      • 1 x large sharing bag of plain or lightly salted tortilla chips
      • 150g of cheddar cheese (or plant-based alternative)
      • 1 × 150g Holy Moly Red Pepper & Tomato Salsa
      • 150g kidney beans, drained
      • 100g soured cream and chive dip
      • 1/2 green chilli, chopped
      • Sprinkle of coriander (to garnish)
      • 1 x 150g Holy Moly Original Guacamole (optional)
  • Method:
      1. Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C. Grease and line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
      2. Spread the tortilla chips out on the prepared tray and scatter over the cheese and the beans. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
      3. Top with Holy Moly Guacamole, Salsa, soured cream dip, coriander and then scatter over the chopped chilli
      4. Serve the hot nachos immediately
