Weeknight dinner dilemma? Don’t stress. Let this humble cheese toastie do the work 🧀

1️⃣ Mix 1tbsp butter with salt, pepper, garlic & chilli flakes
2️⃣ Spread the seasoned butter on sourdough, add grated cheese (we like a cheddar and mozzarella mix), add your second slice of bread and butter the outside
3️⃣ Airfry for 6-8 mins (Gaz’s top tip 🔥), flipping halfway
4️⃣ Fill with Holy Moly Smashed Avo + fresh tomato

Crispy on the outside and melty in the middle 🫶

Yep, you heard. We think we’ve just created the new PSL. PSF anyone? Does that work? Will it catch on? Let’s make it happen!

If you fancy giving these a go here’s how:

- carefully cut a pumpkin in half and remove the skin before slicing into strips/ wedges
- lightly coat in olive oil and season with salt, pepper, cinnamon and paprika
- bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 mins, till soft and the edges are crispy (or pop them into an air fryer)
- place the cooked fries in a bowl then top with melted Holy Moly Nacho Chilli Cheese (lots of it)
- top with some fresh parsley or even some crispy bacon and enjoy
