From plant to pot ✨🥑

Recently some of the team made the trip from Holy Moly HQ to check out behind the scenes at the lush avocado orchards in rural Mexico, where the magic starts 🌳

We saw the freshest avo’s growing, including some gloriously wonky ones - just because they aren’t perfect on the outside doesn’t mean they’re not on the inside and that’s why we use them to make our delicious guac.
We even got the chance to visit our production facility to watch our guac come to life.

Every step of the process is done with such care and passion for perfection. That’s how we keep it heavenly 💚

Not me only showing up to the Halloween party once I know what snacks are on offer 🙋‍♀️

If you want to be the host with the most (or just make your snacks that bit more fancy) here’s how:

Ingredients

- 1 small pumpkin
- 2 x 150g pots of Holy Moly Alpine Fondue
- 2x 150g pots of Holy Moly Guacamole
- 2 tbsp of sour cream
- 5 tbsp of salsa
- handful of black olives

Method

- start by preparing the pumpkin by cutting off the top and removing the seeds, before baking in the oven until tender (Approx 40 mins at 180°C)
- add the Alpine Fondue into the pumpkin before returning to the oven to allow the Fondue to fully melt (Approx 5 mins). Give it a good stir once out
- whilst the Fondue is melting, add the Guacamole to a bowl and add some salsa to the edges
- next pipe a swirl of sour cream then use a toothpick to score through to create a web pattern
- slice some black olives to create a spider body and legs to add to the bowl
- serve up with some tortilla chips, crusty bread, veggie sticks and whatever else you fancy!

When you get a hankering for a Crunch Wrap Supreme we’ve got you (and it’s even better)🫡

You’ll need:

- 120g minced beef

- 1 large tortilla wrap

- 1 mini tortilla wrap

- Handful of tortilla chips

- 50g Holy Moly Nacho Chilli Cheese

- 50g Holy Moly Three Chilli Guacamole

- 1 tbsp salsa

- Handful of lettuce

- 20g grated cheese

- Taco seasoning

Here’s what to do:

🌮 Season minced beef with taco seasoning before cooking fully in a pan on medium heat

🫓 Place the cooked mince in the centre of a tortilla, avoid placing any on the edges

🧀 Heat and add the Nacho Chilli Cheese on top of the mince

🥑🌶️ Top with the tortilla crisps, Three Chilli Guac, salsa, lettuce and grated cheese

🌯 Add a smaller tortilla on top to cover all the filling, before carefully folding the edges of the bottom tortilla to create a tortilla parcel

🍽️ Place the folded tortilla on a pan, the folding edges side down, and cook on both sides until crisps and golden
