We’ve only gone and created the dreamiest fiery Buffalo Cheese Dip 🔥

Just 2 minutes in the microwave and you’ve got yourself a creamy and indulgent dip, flavoured with hot tangy pepper sauce and crushed chillies.

Want this recipe?👇

- coat some chicken strips in some flour mixed with Cajun seasoning
- next dip the coated chicken into a bowl of beaten egg before covering with some cornflakes (break up the cornflakes into smaller pieces to help it stick better)
- cook the chicken in the air fryer for approx 15 mins at 200°C (make sure to flip half way through and ensure the chicken is fully cooked)
- add the cooked chicken tenders to a bowl then heat our new Buffalo Cheese (heating instructions can be found on the packaging)
- pour the melted cheese on the crispy tenders and top with some sliced spring onion or chives before serving

Go big or go hungry - that’s our motto 😋

We’ve teamed up with @missionwrapsuk_ to bring you a pulled beef burrito that does not mess around, using their XL wraps. Big flavours and an even bigger wrap!

And of course, we smothered it in our oozy, gooey Nacho Chilli Cheese and Jalapeno & Red Pepper Guac, because what even is a burrito without them? 🤷‍♂️🧀

Ingredients
- Mission Wraps XL Wraps
- Holy Moly Nacho Chilli Cheese
- Holy Moly Jalapeño & Red Pepper Guacamole
- Mexican Style Rice
- Beef Brisket
- Beef or Veg Stock
- Chopped Tomatoes
- Onion
- Garlic

Method
- Cut your beef brisket into large cubes then pat dry and season with salt, pepper & paprika
- Place into a hot pan with a drizzle of oil and sear all the edges, then remove and place to the side
- Add in chopped onion, garlic and lime juice and stir until onion has browned
- Add in the chopped tomatoes, beef stock and some more seasoning (same as used on the beef) before returning the beef to the pan
- Cover and leave on a medium heat to simmer for 3-4 hours (can also be cooked in a slow cooker or in the oven)
- Remove the beef and pull apart with a fork before returning and mixing it into the sauce
- Heat the Holy Moly Nacho Chilli Cheese and your rice of choice
- Assemble your burrito using the XL Wrap, add the beef, the rice, spread some Holy Moly Guacamole (pick the one according to your spice level!) and finally drizzle on the Nacho Chilli Cheese
- Fold in both the edges, then roll up and enjoy!
