These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the T&Cs and by entering this promotion; one main winner will win 1 x £5,000 holiday voucher, only redeemable against a package holiday (flight and hotel) with the Main Prize Sponsor to Riviera Maya Mexico, in addition to fast-track security, mobile data and airport lounge access. With 4 runner-up prizes: one of the following per winner, 1x IT travel luggage set, 1x Green People skin and body care selection, 1x Chilly’s bottle bundle, or 1x selection of Holy Moly goodies. The “Promoter” takes data protection seriously. By entering in this Promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy policy, and agree to these T&Cs of the Promotion. Eligibility

1. The Promotion is open to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) residents aged 18+ only and excludes employees and immediate families of the Promotor, the Main Prize Sponsor and all Parties stated above, its affiliated companies, agents or anyone else professionally connected to the Promotion.
2. Internet access is required.
3. Purchase necessary for UK mainland. Please retain proof of purchase receipt. No purchase necessary route is available for NI only.
4. Winners must have a valid UK or NI address.
5. Maximum 1 x entry per person per day, maximum 1 x prize (Main Prize or runner-up prize) per person/per household. This applies to the main promotional period (00:00 01/05/25 to 23:59 30/09/25). Each entry must be accompanied by a separate pack of Holy Moly.
6. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third parties or syndicates will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of programme, application, script, brute force or any other automated means, those entries will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void.
7. Each entry to the Promotion must have a new pack as part of the entry requirements. Anyone trying to circumvent these rules stated in the T&Cs by using alternative details will be disqualified from this Promotion.

Promotional Period

8. The main promotional period is from (00:00 01/05/25 to 23:59 30/09/25). At the end of the promotional period, all eligible entries will be placed into a scientific randomiser, which will determine the x1 Main Prize, only redeemable with the Main Prize Sponsor and the additional 4 runner-up prizes.
9. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
10. Entries received after the closing date of the promotional period will not be accepted into the relevant promotion draw.

Entry Requirements

11. To enter, entrants must during the entry promotional period:
    • Purchase a participating promotional pack of Holy Moly Guacamole 150g or Smashed Avocado 150g, whilst stocks last and subject to availability.
    • Visit Holymolydips.com/win-mexico-trip or scan the QR code on the inner sleeve of the pack to be taken directly to the promotional site.
    • Select their location from the UK mainland or Northern Ireland.
    • UK residents must enter their full name, email address, telephone number, home address and the last six digits of the lot code on the bottom of the pot to be entered into the corresponding prize draw.
    • NI residents must enter their full name, email address, telephone number, and home address to be entered into the corresponding prize draw.
    • Entrants may opt in to receive marketing communications from Holy Moly and On the Beach as part of their entry.
    • Entrants will receive a confirmation message on the promotional site for a valid entry.
12. Please retain your proof of purchase receipt, as you will require this for verification purposes.
13. Each pack can only be used once. Entrants who do not give correct details, provide ineligible packs, or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified.
14. Participating promotional packs apply only when the pack features the ‘WIN a beachin’ trip to Mexico with On the Beach’ promotional flash and include:Holy Moly Guacamole 150g; andHoly Moly Smashed Avocado 150g.

Prize Details

15. Participants will get a chance to win the prizes below:
    • Main Prize: 1 x £5,000 holiday voucher provided by the Main Prize Sponsor, which can be redeemed against a package holiday (consisting of flight and hotel) to Riviera Maya, Mexico, to be booked with On the Beach, plus lounge access, fast track security and mobile data.
    • 4 runner-up prizes: one of the following per winner, 1x IT travel luggage set, 1x Green People skin and body care selection, 1x Chilly’s bottle bundle, or 1x selection of Holy Moly goodies.

Main Prize details:

16. Holy Moly will contact the winner of the Main Prize, via email, to inform them that they have won the Main Prize. The Main Prize winner must email: winners@onthebeach.co.uk to facilitate booking the Main Prize.
17. The Main Prize of is only redeemable with On the Beach, to Riviera Maya Mexico, the Main Prize does not include travel insurance, any amounts payable locally such as resort fees and tourist and/or other taxes ancillaries such as seat reservations or any other items or expenses not listed in the Main Prize description. All such costs and expenses will be the responsibility of the Main Prize winner and their travelling party.
18. The Main Prize winner and their travelling party are responsible for charges that apply for any food, beverages or services outside of the booked board basis of the Main Prize.
19. The Main Prize does not include transfers in the UK to or from the UK departure airport. The Main Prize winner and their travelling party are responsible for arranging and paying for transfers to and from the chosen UK departure airport.
20. The Main prize must be redeemed and completed by 31st March 2026. If the Main Prize has not been booked, taken up and concluded by this date, the Main Prize shall be deemed forfeited.
21. Any booking made to redeem the Main Prize is also subject to On the Beach’s separate terms of business (available at www.onthebeach.co.uk/terms_of_business) (“Terms and Conditions”) and the terms and conditions of the suppliers of the flights, accommodation and any transfers which are available on request.
22. No extension is possible. Any changes made after the booking for the Main Prize has been processed are subject to amendment fees as detailed in the Main Prize Sponsor’s Terms and Conditions.
23. Any optional purchases or supplements are subject to the Main Prize Sponsor’s Terms and Conditions. Once the booking for the Main Prize has been made, no changes will be permitted. Any changes to the Main Prize after booking are subject to amendment fees as detailed in their Terms and Conditions.
24. Any additional or optional purchases or supplements to the Main Prize (including the flight, accommodation and transfers) are extra and must be paid for in full by the Main Prize winner at the time of the booking.
25. The Main Prize winner acknowledges that depending on the chosen travel dates, the airline(s) which operate on the relevant flight route may not have released the flights for booking on such travel dates. In these circumstances, the Main Prize Sponsor will not book the Main Prize until the flights have been released for the Main Prize winner’s chosen travel dates. Once the flights have been released, the Main Prize Sponsor will contact the Main Prize winner as soon as reasonably practicable to book the Main Prize.
26. The Main Prize winner and their travelling party are responsible for ensuring they: (i) hold a valid passport and any necessary visa to travel; (ii) hold all adequate travel insurance policies; and (iii) comply with any other terms and conditions applicable to the Main Prize.
27. Any fees or costs associated with or incidental to the acceptance or use of a Main Prize (other than delivery of the same in accordance with these terms) will be the responsibility of the Main Prize winner and their travelling party.
28. The Main Prize is subject to availability and the Main Prize Sponsor reserves the right to replace the Main Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value.
29. The Main Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and has no cash value. No cash equivalent will be given.
30. It is the responsibility of the Main Prize winner to inform the Main Prize Sponsor of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the Main Prize winner and/or their travelling party when taking up the Main Prize and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

Runner-up prizes:

31. 4 runner-up prizes: one of the following per winner, 1x IT travel luggage set, 1x Green People skin and body care selection, 1x Chilly’s bottle bundle, or 1x selection of Holy Moly goodies will be delivered to the home address of each winner within 28 days following valid prize acceptance and winner verification. Prizes to UK mainland winners will be dispatched via next-day courier service. Prizes sent to Northern Ireland (NI) will be dispatched via a two-day courier service. Winners will receive an SMS update from the Promoter’s agent APC with an estimated time of delivery.
32. There is no alternative to the stated prize or any cash substitute. The prizes are non-transferable.
33. The Promotor is not responsible for any loss or damage to the 4 runner-up prizes: one of the following per winner, 1x IT travel luggage set, 1x Green People skin and body care selection, 1x Chilly’s bottle bundle, or 1x selection of Holy Moly goodies. Once the item has been dispatched, we will endeavour to avoid undue disappointment in the event a prize is lost or damaged.
34. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion and/or by the agents appointed to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose. Entrants’ personal data will be handled in accordance with each agents Privacy policy.
35. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
    • Any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
    • Communication line failures, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion causing delays or disruption.
    • For entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected, or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

Winner Selection and Notification

36. A total of 5 x winners (1 x Main Prize winner and 4 x runner-up prize winners) will be drawn after the main promotional period ends (30/09/2025) from all genuine, valid entries via an independently verified random computer process within the timescales specified, i.e., within 3 working days of the close date. Winners of the prize draws will be contacted via email 7 working days after the relevant prize draw has taken place.
37. All entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner, including junk folders.
38. All winners will be asked to follow the instructions within the email for verification and to claim their prize.
39. Please retain winning communication until any prize has been verified.
40. Winners will be subject to a full verification process. Winners will be required to provide an image of their proof of purchase receipt to verify their claim.
41. All winners will be notified of their win via email using the details provided on entry to claim their prize. Winners will have 14 days to claim their prize from first contact. There will be a request for further information, such as proof of ID and home address, together with the image of the proof of purchase receipt.
42. In the event that any winner is ineligible, does not claim their prize within the stated claim period, rejects their prize, or is disqualified from the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw their prize which will be forfeited, and a reserve, drawn next in line from the original applicable draw will be contacted. If, after 3 attempts (main winner and 2 reserves), the prize is not successfully claimed, then the Promoter reserves the right for the prize to be declared null and void.

General

44. The Promoter’s decision is final concerning all matters relating to the Promotion.
45. Any costs incurred by obtaining time off from work or study to take part in the Promotion are the responsibility of the winners. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for costs incurred.
46. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies and the Main Prize Sponsor will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
47. All entrants will be required to provide a genuine email address and telephone number that is personal, valid and accessible throughout the Promotion. In the event that the specified information is not provided or is incorrect or an alias, the entry may be considered incomplete, and therefore, the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate the entry.
48. In the event of an email address becoming inaccessible during the Promotion, the Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new email address.
49. The last 6 digits of the lot code must be entered online exactly as they appear on the pack. Each entry must be supported by a unique lot code from a separate, eligible promotional pack for the entry to be valid. Please retain proof of purchase receipt.
50. Lot codes have no value and cannot be transferred or sold.
51. Conduct of entry: The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the QR code redemption process or the operation of the Promotion, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the T&Cs, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
52. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, each prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.
53. If, for any reason, any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries. In such circumstances, there is no obligation upon the Main Prize Sponsor to provide the Main Prize. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or Main Prize Sponsor and which prevents the Promoter or Main Prize Sponsor from complying with these T&Cs (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter and/or Main Prize Sponsor will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to entrants in order to avoid disappointment.
54. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of purchase and proof of address and identity details (passport, driving license or equivalent) which they must provide within 14 calendar days and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement, and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these T&Cs or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise, where an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter for all decisions, which are final and binding. It will not respond to any correspondence.
55. Subject to Holy Moly’s Privacy Policy, the surnames and counties of residence of verified winners will be available upon request by sending an email request to Hola@holymolydips.com with the subject line ‘WINNERS LIST: Holy Moly WIN a beachin trip to Mexico’, for a period of 3 months following the end of the main promotional period. When contacting this email address, your request will be actioned in line with Holy Moly’s Privacy Policy. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. If any winner objects to their information being published, then they can contact the Promoter by emailing Hola@holymolydips.com with the subject line ‘Holy Moly’s WIN a beachin Trip to Mexico promotion’. The Promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
56. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable, then it shall be severed and deleted from these T&Cs and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
57. The Promotion and these T&Cs will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Data Protection

58. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the Promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary, and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent/you have opted in to receive future marketing communications. The Promoter will only share the name and email address of entrants who have consented to receive future Holy Moly or On the Beach marketing communications, in accordance with On the Beach’s Privacy Policy. The Promoter will only share entrants’ data with their fulfilment partners and for the purposes of and in order to fulfil this Promotion. Any and all personal information collated by the Promoter regarding entrants will be treated in accordance with current GDPR Articles and Holy Molys’ Privacy Policy. Data will be stored for 3 months after the close of the Promotion before deletion. Entrants can request access to their personal data or have inaccuracies rectified by contacting Hola@holymolydips.com.
