Terms and Conditions:

1. The prize is not for resale nor is it redeemable in whole or in part for cash, it is non-transferrable and nor is it refundable.
2. Competition begins at 16:00 Tuesday 4th June 2024 and will close at 23:59 Monday 10th June 2024
3. Prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over, and excludes employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
4. One winner will be selected at random and will be notified via email within 2 working days of competition closing. Tickets will be sent via email
5. The prize is: 2 x tickets to attend Taste of London in Regent’s Park on Sunday 16th June 2024, between 12-4pm.
6. Entries will be accepted only through the Holy Moly website by submitting the relevant form
7. The prize does not include travel, travel insurance, food and drink, spending money and personal expenses. All other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and/or that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winners.
8. Only per entry person can be accepted
9. We will collect, store and process your personal data (i) in order to run and administer the prize draw, (ii) for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy (https://holymolydips.com/privacy-policy/) and (iii) for any other purpose set out at the point of collection.
10. We may suspend, cancel or amend the prize draw at any time where it becomes reasonably necessary to do so.
11. We may disqualify, without notice, any entrant and/or winner we reasonably believe has failed to meet the qualifying criteria, has acted fraudulently, tampered or attempted to tamper with the operation of the prize draw or is in breach of these terms and conditions.
12. Details of winner(s) surnames and county will be available for one month after the close of the Competition by emailing hola@holymolydips.com. Winner(s) of the Competition have the right to object to the publication of their surname when contacting Holy Moly to accept the prize in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions.  In such circumstances, only the county of the winner(s) will be available on request.  For the avoidance of doubt, Holy Moly is still obliged to provide the winner(s) full name(s), county and details of the winning entry to the Advertising Standards Agency (ASA) if requested by the ASA.
13. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
14. Holy Moly’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
