Holy Moly! The ULTIMATE half-time nachos

Halfway through the game and feeling a little peckish? or want to celebrate with good company and great food. We’ve got you with these heavenly nachos, that only take 15 MINUTES! and minimal ingredients using our delicious Original Guacamole and our Smoky Red Pepper & Tomato Salsa.

Portion: creates 1 large platter
Time: 15 minutes

  • Ingredients:
      • 1 x large sharing bag of plain or lightly salted tortilla chips
      • 150g of cheddar cheese (or plant-based alternative)
      • 1 × Holy Moly Original Guacamole 150g (TIP: If you're feeling adventurous swap this for our Jalapeno Guacamole)
      • 1 × Holy Moly Smoky Red Pepper & Tomato Salsa 155g
      • 100g soured cream and chive dip
  • Method:
      1. Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C. Grease and line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
      2. Spread the tortilla chips out on the prepared tray and scatter over half the cheese. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
      3. Top with Holy Moly Guacamole, Salsa and soured cream dip and then scatter over the remaining cheese
      4. Serve the hot nachos immediately, just in time for the second half!
