Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the T&Cs and by entering this promotion, one main winner will win their summer festival ticket (ticketed music festival) refunded. All entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these T&Cs. Please retain a copy for your information.

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this Promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and agree to these T&Cs. By submitting any information required as part of participation in the Promotion, entrants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility

  1. The Promotion is open to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) residents aged 18+ only and excludes employees and immediate families of the Promoter, its affiliated companies, agents or anyone else professionally connected to the Promotion.
  2. Internet access is required.
  3. Winners must have a valid UK or NI address.
  4. Multiple entries are permitted, but each must be a unique submission. This applies to the main promotional period (00:00 12/06/26 to 23:59 30/09/26).
  5. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third parties or syndicates will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer or automated means to circumvent these conditions, those entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void.

Promotional Period

  1. The main promotional period runs from 00:00 12/06/26 to 23:59 30/09/26. At the end of the promotional period, all eligible entries will be placed into a random draw which will determine the winner.
  2. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. The Promoter may require proof of eligibility.
  3. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

Giveaway – Festival Flags

  1. A total of 400 Holy Moly branded flags are available, subject to availability.
  2. To claim a flag, participants must complete the form on the Promoter’s website, providing:
    • Name
    • Postal address
    • Email address
  3. Only one flag per person/household.
  4. Flagpoles are not included.
  5. Flags will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
  6. Flags will be selected at random and participants cannot choose a design.
  7. Flags will begin distribution from 09/06/26.
  8. Entrants may opt in to receive marketing communications from Holy Moly as part of their entry.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse or cancel flag requests where fraud, abuse or multiple entries are suspected.

Entry Requirements

  1. To enter, entrants must during the promotional period:
    • Have received a Holy Moly flag.
    • Attend a ticketed music festival or food festival taking place in the United Kingdom with the flag.
    • Post a photo or video featuring the Holy Moly flag to their Instagram Story.
    • Tag the Promoter’s official Instagram account (@holymolydips) in the Story.
    • Send the original image to the Promoter via Instagram Direct Message.
  2. Entries must be submitted between 00:00 12/06/26 and 23:59 30/09/26.
  3. Entrants must have an Instagram account and ensure their Story content is visible to the Promoter. The original image must also be successfully delivered via Direct Message.

Content Requirements

  1. Entries must:
    • Be original and created by the entrant.
    • Clearly feature the Holy Moly flag.
    • Be taken at a ticketed music festival or food festival within the United Kingdom.
    • Be appropriate, lawful and not offensive or defamatory.
  2. The following will not be accepted:
    • AI-generated, heavily edited or manipulated images or videos that misrepresent reality.
    • Content that infringes third-party rights.
    • Content that promotes unsafe, illegal or irresponsible behaviour.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these requirements and may request original files or additional evidence to verify authenticity.
  4. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received due to privacy settings or message requests.

Prize

  1. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
  2. The prize consists of reimbursement of one festival ticket cost for a UK ticketed music or food festival, up to a maximum value of £350, paid via bank transfer.
  3. Payment will be made within 28 days of successful verification.
  4. The winner must provide valid proof of purchase of a UK festival ticket (e.g. receipt or booking confirmation) to claim the prize.
  5. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse reimbursement where sufficient proof is not provided.
  6. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered beyond the reimbursement described.

Winner Selection and Notification

  1. The winner will be selected at random within 3 working days of the closing date.
  2. The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from @holymolydips.
  3. Please retain all winning communications until the prize has been verified.
  4. The winner will be subject to a full verification process and will be required to provide proof of ticket purchase.
  5. The winner will have 14 days from first contact to claim the prize and provide:
    • Proof of ID
    • Proof of home address
    • Proof of ticket purchase receipt
  6. If the winner is ineligible, fails to claim the prize, rejects the prize or is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and contact a reserve winner. After three unsuccessful attempts (main winner plus two reserves), the prize may be declared null and void.

General

  1. The Promoter’s decision is final concerning all matters relating to the Promotion.
  2. Any costs incurred by obtaining time off work or study to participate are the responsibility of the winner.
  3. The Promoter and associated agencies will not be liable for any loss, expense or damage suffered in connection with this Promotion, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
  5. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed or incomplete entries.
  6. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
  7. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and request:
    • Proof of purchase
    • Proof of address
    • Proof of identity

    Participants must provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days.

  9. The surname and county of residence of the verified winner will be available upon request for 3 months following the end of the promotional period by emailing Hola@holymolydips.com with the subject line WINNER LIST: Holy Moly Festival Flag Competition.
  10. If a winner objects to publication of their details, they may contact the Promoter. The Promoter may still disclose information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.
  11. By entering, participants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and share submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes.
  12. Entrants confirm they have obtained permission from any individuals appearing in their content.
  13. If any clause is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
  14. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received due to platform outages, privacy settings or message filtering.
  15. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Data Protection

  1. By submitting the form, participants agree to the Promoter processing their personal data for the purposes of administering the giveaway and competition.
  2. Where participants opt in to receive marketing communications, their data will be used for that purpose. Participants may withdraw consent at any time.
  3. Opting in to marketing communications is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of entry.
  4. Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
  5. All personal information collected by the Promoter will be processed in accordance with GDPR and Holy Moly’s Privacy Policy. Data will be stored for 3 months after the close of the Promotion before deletion. Entrants may request access to their personal data or request corrections by contacting Hola@holymolydips.com.
