Why buy Online vs. In-store?

Online or in-store it’s the same amazing product, however, there are a couple of noticeable difference. Firstly, by selling direct to you we shorten the supply chain substantially this means that we are able to offer a slightly longer shelf life. Secondly by having a shorter supply chain we are able to reduce costs and pass the saving on to you, meaning you pay less per a product than you would in-store. What’s not to love!

How much does postage and packaging cost?

Free! There are no hidden costs.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to deliver all our orders within 5-7 business days, in some situations it may even be sooner. Orders placed on Friday won’t be picked up until Monday and will be placed for delivery on Tuesday.

To fulfil our orders we’ve partnered with APC, to offer quick and professional delivery. You will be provided with an email once your order has been dispatched and from this point you should expect to receive your order the following day.

In any situation where we have an issue delivering, we will be in contact with you as soon as we can to let you know.

How will my order be packaged?

It will turn up in an insulated box which have been created to maintain the temperature of products within the box. In packages where we believe ice blocks are required to maintain the temperature they will be added.

What will my parcel look like?

Whilst all orders come in an insulated boxes, they will be placed into a APC postal plastic pack. This is simply to preserve the quality of the content and simply to make delivery easier.

What happens if my products aren't right?

We hope all our customers love our products as much as we do, but if you aren’t completely head over heels then please get in contact.

How long will my Holy Moly order take to arrive?

Holy Moly dispatches all items by chilled courier for delivery usually within 1-2 working days. However, delivery can take up to 5 working days.
Please note our team works Mon-Fri. Cut off for processing an order for next day delivery is 2pm, so any order after 2pm on a Friday will be processed as a priority Monday.

How are orders delivered?

We use APC couriers. You will receive an email with delivery information.

Can I change delivery details after the order has been placed?

Unfortunately, we can't edit the delivery details once the order has been placed.
However, if you spot a mistake, drop an email to or call us on 01908 371 665 and we will see if there's anything we can do.

How do I return an item?

Due to the chilled nature of our products being, we do not receive returns, however, email us with any issues and we'll see what we can do.
