The ultimate crowd-pleaser, these crispy chicken wings are perfectly golden and ready for dipping.
Tangy pepper sauce and crushed chillies make sure every bite delivers punchy flavour. Easy to whip up and perfect for sharing.
Serves: 2
1. Heat your oven to 220C fan / 240C non-fan / gas mark 9.
2. Place the chicken wings in a bowl and pat dry with paper towels. Add the salt and toss till evenly coated. Line a shallow baking tray with foil, place a rack on top then arrange the wings on top of this, leaving a little space between each one. You may need to use 2 trays
3. Place in the oven and roast for 20 minutes, then take the tray out, turn the wings over and roast for a further 15-25 minutes, until golden and crisp.
4. Heat the Buffalo Cheese Dip in the microwave as per the instructions on the cardboard sleeve. Be careful, it'll be really hot once heated. Dip the chicken wings in the cheese, or pour all over.
