Ready to make a crowd-pleasing party canapé that is oh-so simple? Look no further, these Mini Prawn and Lemon Tacos with Holy Moly Guacamole are exactly what you need! These fresh tacos take just minutes to make and paired with our creamy Guacamole they are the ultimate party food! 

Serves: 4-8

Time: 15 minutes

  • Ingredients:
      • 3 large soft wheat tortillas
      • 100g cooked prawns left whole if small, or chopped into small pieces if large
      • 150g Holy Moly Original Guacamole
      • 1 lemon
      • Salt and fresh ground black pepper

  • Method:
      1. Use a 5-6 cm round cutter to cut each tortilla into smaller circles. Alternatively, use a knife to cut into squares or triangles.
      2. Place a frying pan on a medium heat and when hot, cook the tortillas on each side for 1 minute, or until a little crisp. If you want to curl them, fold in half and stack next to each other as they cool.
      3. Fill each tortilla with a small spoonful of guacamole, then top with prawns, a little salt and plenty of black pepper. Finally, use a fine grater or zester to add lemon zest over all the tacos.
